Who we are

Deborah Crafts
Deborah nursed within the NHS for fourteen years before specialising in Aesthetic Medicine. She trained and worked at one of Nottinghams first laser clinics, gaining invaluable experience in a vast number of laser and cosmetic procedures prior to branching out on her own. Deborah is our Lead Nurse Practitioner.

Julian Kessler
After qualifying, Julians NHS experience started in medicine and over a 16 year period incorporated 5 years surgical experience at Queens Medical Centre and 8 years in Adult Critical Care nursing at Nottinghams City Hospital. He has spent the last 2 1/2 years specialising and training in Aesthetic Medicine at Lincoln Laser Skincare, transferring his vast experience of nursing into a new clinical setting.
